The Girls @ Larapinta

"Blueskies Latte' 3X Hot,RN"
aka Latte'
"Latte"
My favorite little red headed girl. Latte' stands at only 17.5" tall. She has profuse coat for a female Aussie. She is what I like to call a 'polite' dog with a sweet spirit. She is so good with my grandsons. She loves people, almost to a fault. She is a good mother and mentor to her offspring and any new pups that we have around the house.  We expect one more litter from her next winter.
AKC Pointed, "Larapintas Made 4 Broken Tree"
"SiSi" is another sweet lady. SiSi was born here at Larapinta 5 years ago. She gave us a nice litter last year and has moved on to retirement. She is the mother of our new girl "Gal", aka "Larapintas Cameo Eclipse" from our 2011 litter. SiSi is a slightly larger than Latte but still a small standard sized girl. She carries a good coat and is very intellegent. Check out her puppies on our main page or our puppies page.

"Broken Trees Grand Summons"
aka "Yuni"
Posing for our Naughty Dog Press blog as the distructive dog (though she certainly wasn't)

Our foundation bitch "Yuni" above is posing as the 'destructive' dog for my dog behavior blog. She is the best service dog I could have asked for. Yuni worked with me when I was a Field Instructor for 'Paws With A Cause', a service dog organization. She was a demo dog and helped us with fundraisers and education. She was by my side when I became ill and ended up in a wheelchair myself. She would lie on my legs to relieve pain for me and she was my water bottle on cold nights. If I dropped something she was always there, johnny on the spot to retrieve it for me! She has been a good mentor for her son Cash as he takes on the service dog work that she did so well. She has given us an abundance of really great puppies over the years. She never met a piece of food she didn't like. Ha!
She is now retired and living the life of Reily with my friend Ted.

Thanks Yuni and thanks to Mari Flippen of Broken Tree Aussies for taking a chance on us so many years ago. What a dog!
